- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Marin County Sheriff's Records Division
- Criminal clerk questions: contact the Marin Superior Court Criminal Division in Hall of Justice Room C-10 at (415) 444-7070 or criminal@marin.courts.ca.gov
- Police reports and incident records: request the document from the sheriff or city police department that created it
- Expungement and arrest sealing: file through the court; Marin Public Defender also offers Clean Slate assistance
